Tada je odgovornost dvostruka jer \u017eena mora da se brine o svome telu, ali i o bebi koja se tek razvija. Ukoliko kao trudnica pripadate onoj grupi sre\u0107nica koje od svog ginekologa dobiju zeleno svetlo da smeju da budu aktivne, nema razloga za brigu.<\/p>\n<p>Za po\u010detak, po\u010dnite s odabranim ve\u017ebama pilatesa koje \u0107e vama i va\u0161oj bebi predstavljati pravo u\u017eivanje. \u010cak i one trudnice koje moraju da miruju, mogu parcijalno da anga\u017euju telo i urade poneku ve\u017ebu za ruke ili stopala, kao i ve\u017ebu disanja koja blagotvorno deluje na ceo organizam. Takve ve\u017ebe ne\u0107e ugroziti trudno\u0107u, a podsta\u0107i \u0107e cirkulaciju, \u0161to \u0107e vam svakako prijati.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"quote_left\" src=\"http:\/\/www.yumama.com\/files.php?file=pilates_za_trudnice_smeju_li_zene_da_vezbaju_tokom_trudnoce_2_428893132.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Kretanje je najva\u017enije<\/h2>\n<p>Zdrava trudnica treba da se kre\u0107e zato \u0161to je \u010dovek predodre\u0111en za tu aktivnost. Naravno, u trudno\u0107i ne treba zapo\u010dinjati s treninzima snage, kondicionim ili onim posle kojih \u0107e vam nedostajati energija da izgurate ostatak dana. Treninzi treba da budu prilago\u0111eni stanju i fazi u kojoj se trudnica nalazi. Osim toga, treba da odgovaraju i trenutnom raspolo\u017eenju. Nijedan trudni\u010dki dan nije isti, pa je u redu i da se treninzi menjaju. S takvim ve\u017ebanjem, trudnica \u0107e sve promene prihvatati pozitivno. <strong>Pilates je jedan od najuravnote\u017eenijih i najdelotvornijih programa upravo za trudnice<\/strong>, jer nudi veliki broj razli\u010ditih ve\u017ebi za period za\u010de\u0107a, tokom trudno\u0107e, ali i oporavka posle poro\u0111aja.<\/p>\n<div class=\"inserted_link\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Ve\u017ebe <\/strong>uvek mogu da se modifikuju i prilago\u0111avaju, a za one \u017eene koje su u dobroj kondiciji, dodavanjem rekvizita ili upotrebom pilates ma\u0161ina, mogu da se u\u010dine izazovnijim. <strong>Pilates program<\/strong> je sistem strogo kontrolisanih ve\u017ebi kojima se poja\u010dava cirkulacija, smanjuju tegobe nastale hormonskim promenama i rastom stomaka i pobolj\u0161ava celokupna telesna energija i raspolo\u017eenje. To se ne sme zaboraviti \u2013 hormonska ravnote\u017ea u tesnoj je vezi sa unutra\u0161njim zadovoljstvom. Pozitivna shvatanja i stavovi, zdrav na\u010din \u017eivota \u2013 od hrane koju unosimo u organizam, do kozmeti\u010dkih proizvoda koje koristimo \u2013 mogu da uti\u010du na to kako \u0107e proticati trudni\u010dki dani. Ve\u017ebanje kao fizi\u010dka aktivnost u uskoj je korelaciji s podizanjem nivoa hormona koji uti\u010du na ose\u0107aj zadovoljstva, ispunjenja i sre\u0107e, a to je dragoceno u trudno\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"quote_left\" src=\"http:\/\/www.yumama.com\/files.php?file=pilates_za_trudnice_smeju_li_zene_da_vezbaju_tokom_trudnoce_3_654518081.jpg\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Hormonska ravnote\u017ea<\/h2>\n<p>Ve\u017ebanje pilatesa u trudno\u0107i ima dosta <strong>prednosti<\/strong>. Od hormonske ravnote\u017ee, pove\u0107anja cirkulacije, pa do ja\u010danja mi\u0161i\u0107a centralnog dela tela, karli\u010dnog i ramenog pojasa, ruku i nogu. S pilates sistemom ve\u017ebanja radi celo telo i aktivni su svi mi\u0161i\u0107i. Samim tim, smanjuje se mogu\u0107nost nastanka bolova u mi\u0161i\u0107ima ili pojava gr\u010deva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ukoliko je trudno\u0107a zdrava, ne postoje nikakva opravdanja da se ne ve\u017eba. <\/strong>Nedostatak vremena ili novca mo\u017ee se prevazi\u0107i dobrom voljom i odlukom da se sebi svakodnevno posveti 15-20 minuta. Ako se tome doda jo\u0161 i \u0161etnja, uradili ste pravi trening.
